VDO kits

Postby Nico » Mon Mar 06, 2006 11:04 am

Hello,

In France, I sell VDO instrument kits for GTA's. I have developped and manufactured kits to replace the front ashtray (2 instruments), and also din kits (3 instruments).

Here is an example of an ashtray replacement kit, with voltmeter and oil temp. All the parts on the picture are fitted.

And this an example of a din kit, with voltmeter, oil temp and watch.

In the GTA, with the turbo boost instead of teh watch....

Please tell me if English GTA owners would be interrested by those kits, because for the moment, the installation guide only exists in French!! :-)

Here are the prices:

Voltmeter + Oil temp (ashtray replacement) : 169 €
Voltmeter + Oil temp + Watch (1 DIN) : 229 €
Voltmeter + Oil temp + Turbo boost (1 DIN) : 249 €

In all cases, you have to add shipping, but it shouldn' t be too expensive (15€ max). I can also send 2 ou 3 kits together to lower the shipping costs.

The installation is very easy, and here is another picture :

No, sorry....
The GTA speedos have often problems because of bad connection behind the dashboard. I had this problem in 1996, but since that date my speedo works fine
