OK, lets see who's the first to spot the deliberate mistake (not) that had me down in the garage scratching my head until 2.00am today, wondering why the brakes didn't work

Are only two pots working
Surely there should be a extra piece of piping

wot about the fact that there on the wrong sides not easy getting air out with bleed nipples at the bottom?????

Firstly, I hope you were not testing the brakes on a road test ?????

"didn't work" does that mean the pedel went to the floor?
As there is no puddle visable, could one guess that instead of a leak, the system needed charging with brake fluid?

Or is it more simple, you had your foot on the clutch?

Try hooking up the brake line and not leaving it connected to the old caliper sitting on the floor!

The calipers are on the wrong hubs.... meaning that the nipples are at the bottom instead of the top.

Tricky to bleed with the nipples at the bottom!!

Common F*** Ups #106: Replaced axle set of calipers – Bleeding problem.
Symptoms: Fitted or replaced both front or both rear calipers and now can’t get a pedal.
Cause: Some calipers have the inlet feed in the middle of the body, pointing to the centre of the vehicle. This can lead to the calipers being fitted on the wrong sides and therefore the bleed nipples are at the bottom instead of the top.
Solution: Swap the calipers to the correct hands with bleed nipples at the top, or turn the vehicle upside down when bleeding the calipers.

Personally I like the sound of the second solution.
