2 Alps Fettled and Ready for the Summer

Postby Tony Smith » Sun May 03, 2015 9:34 am

The new tax rules suit me great. Being able to tax for a couple of months at a time without having to fork out £200 and then having to claim back what you don't use. So have been fettling these 2 to be the first used over the summer. Project Daily Driver most of you will recognise, have been working hard sprucing up the engine bay and giving the rest of the car a serious clean. Will go back to standard rims in the near future. The A5 Turbo is pretty sorted too now , just reinstating the original centre console layout, then just needs the boost tweeking and the carb jetted. Running nicely at the moment at 8psi but going to take it up to 12 and see how it goes.

Must say I like that garage. Looks ideal for additional projects. Who makes them if I might ask?

Goes without saying that the cars look great too. :up :up

I bought the garage from a company called South East Steel, couldn't recommend them highly enough. They do buy the parts in but do the design and build themselves. 110m2 inside :0).

I am hugely jealous of your garage also Tony. Any pics of the inside?

What size are those Azev A's by the way?
