GTA atmo ignition coil

I would like to replace the original Bosch cannister-type one like-for-like. I can't find anything listed for a GTA atmo. I have seen a Bosch 0221122001 listed for a A310. I don't know if that would be OK. The coils listed on the internet don't seem to have any specs. Do I assume any Bosch cannister-type would do? There seems to be a few model numbers and each has compatible cars given, but I don't know if they are any different.

I have just checked availability of the GTA atmo ign coil at Simon Auto, and they have them in stock for 34 euros + P&P.
Interestingly, the part No. of the A310 V6 (later type) ign coil has the same part No. as the D500 GTA ....... the coil part No. from Simon Auto being 071017.

If you do look elsewhere for a suitable coil, remember it has to be one that operates with a ballast resistor.

I bought a Bosch 0221 122 001 for mine. It has "only for transistorised ignition" written on it...which is good, as that is what we have on the cars.
