darren, which topic do you think you are on, AA thinks he has lost it.

Darren.....Europa cup brakes were 285mm......David's brakes are 300mm. If you remember back to physics o-level (or if you are younger and deemed no longer capable of passing hard exams by the govt....GCSEs :lol: ) and the laws of force and leverage you would note that an increase of only a small amount would reap disproportionatly large benefits!
Clee....not changing the bias at all, but I will be buying both as I think the standard GTA set up is already about right....certainly wouldnt want anymore front braking with nothing more to the rear.

Yep 9% increase in efficiency from standard to 285.

(Bigger wheels by the way work in the opposite effect and actually mean increased braking force. Just thought I'd mention it)

What I'm saying is that (for the cost) I don't think it would be worth it for 9% increase on a road car.

David's 300mm conversion is much more like it with 14% increase in efficiency.
