Is there any one out there with H19 GTA on a white Alpine GTA, as I owned this in 1996 and would like to know where it is now, It was bought by a Miss C. C.Monk in Ashford, Middlesex. about the 14/06/97.The car was sold by a third party dealing in Alpines in lulworth cove at the time. But It took me Five years to get the money That was after the court case. There was all so some ones 310 there at the time don't know if he got his money ether. :D Can any one tell me if the two small leads by the block to the mirrors are for heating to the mirrors and was this a extra.and has any one got a Holley199R fitted on there atmo.as I have just bought a GTA with one fitted, and managed 35 to the gallon on the 1,000 mile trip back home to France, Is this good fuel consumption or should it be better this was tank to tank. Jonse. :D

Hi Bryan,

Well done with the lights.

Yes the extra leads are for heated mirrors, which were fitted to the later cars. They have a couple of extra connections near the mirros edge.

Hi
I owned the car in 2002, bought from a dealer called GTA Billingshurst. The car was generally in good condition having been maintained by Swan Renault in Chichester.
The dip stick tube and window I had replaced by a specialist in Gypsy Hill.
The glass was broken and my bag stolen and I had it garaged for three months until the part became available.
I sold it to a chap in Fontwell so it stayed local. Mileage was just under the 100k mark at this point.
I received three points for a 94.8mph average racing an 80's 911 up the A3. The car looked amazing in the video taken from the unmarked ST24, I didn't spot him and I accerated well into 3 figures before he put his lights on. He was pretty cool to offer me the average.
I also had a new rad fitted.

I would like to trace that car too as it has the registration that my Le Mans (no 19) was original registered with. I would love to reunite my car with its original registration. John

Hi John, I think you might be missing a digit. Your car was originally registered with H191 GTA according to the register. Unless that's a mistake.

Hi Stephen. Car was first registered H19GTA according to HPI. It was first registered to Tom Mautner at Old Oak, Enfield - I am sure he had the correct registration for Le Mans no. 19. He then sold the car less than a year later - I am sure Old Oak recycled the number plate onto another GTA for sale. Hence it then appearing on a 1991 atmo.

Hi Stephen yes I have an Atmo with the holley conversion, yes on long trips I get 32/35 on the motorway and general roads 28 short trips 25/26, but the Holley transforms the Atmo engine and i love driving it and having fun with all 4 barrels open a lot 18/20 :D one of the main advantages is when sitting in traffic the fuel gauge does not go down that fast compared to the old carb setup, where you can see it vaporise
