about leaking gerbox

I got problem to seal my gearbox.
Have change the 3 oilseals, 1. the big oring around the "crown". 2. the big seal around the driveshaft, 3. and the output shafts o-ring close the bearing. But the gearbox still leaking.
Has anyone had the same problem and found a solution? please tell me...

The problem may be scored drive shafts.
I fitted easi sleeves to mine solved the problem.

Thanks for help... The leakage comes from the output shaft...

Basically you slide these on to the end of your drive shafts, which covers any wear, at the point where they enter gearbox.

Before you do that, did you fill the roll pins with a suitable oil resistant sealant ?
My 610 was leaking from the drive shaft on one side, the roll pins were pushed out, the holes filled with instant gasket (silicon sealer) and the pins put back in and covered over, leaks solved.
Worth a go before you start looking at more complex solutions.
I'm sure someone on here can recommend the best sealer.

Most from the left side (side with the adjustment crown.)

Have you sealed the roll pins that retain the shaft? If the seal is 3mm further out it will be covering the pin so I cant see how you could ??

I entirely agree with "Clee" (post above) on this. However, I am assuming when you say "gasket", you are referring to the "Oil seal".
With this in mind, I have been looking through the manual and have come across the picture posted below which shows the Roll Pins which "mettersl" was referring to.
Also highlighted is the sealer that is required to stop oil travelling along the spline and out through the roll pins.
Unless there is a lot of wear on the gasket bearing surfaces of the drive shaft ends, the gaskets should be fitted in the same position as the old ones were. Then you will be able to see the holes that the roll pins have to be fitted into ..... then sealed.
If, however, there is heavy wear on the seal bearing surfaces, then the sleeves that "Miles" posted should be considered.

I can se a half hole of the roll pins, but of course the seals are not exactly like the original... so maybe the lips hit the old track?
