Suggestion

Postby Ady » Thu Jun 23, 2005 2:26 am

Hi Mr Moderator/Administrator,

Would it be possible to change the site layout a little, so that there are seperate Forums for things like Engines, Bodywork etc?

I think this would make the Forum easier to navigate.

Also can Editing posts be made possible?

Thank you,

Ady

Slow down!!!! You only joined an hour ago!!!!!
The one bit that would be handy is the ability to edit posts.....sometimes you hit that button and think 'D'oh!!!!!' and theres nothing you can do.

I dont think anyones offended......the idea about editing is something I have thought about and just not got round to asking about.....think the rest would just confuse the site.....there are only about 25 people who regularly post and some days not a lot happens.

Agreed, the layout is very simple and easy to use. Any more catagories just confuses people, and I think editing posts shouldnt be allowed.

Its if I'm tired and write gibberish. (happens now and again! :P )

Also, say if I wanted to find out how much boost I could use on 8.5.1 CR (15psi?) then I have to trudge through 9 pages. :x
Or I might even start a thread thats hit a conclusion before :?

I like the Forum though, got lots of help, smashing! :D

Big forums get confused and strung out.....you could spend all day just trying to view all the areas. Search is a wonderful thing!!!!!!!
It aint broke so dont try and fix it! If you had a GTA that would be a central theme to your life........or it could be, if it aint broke then thank the lord as it probably will be soon!!!

But there are 284 registered users! Does that mean the unreliability of Alpines is grossly exagerated and we're just the unlucky few who ever have problems and all the others are sitting back feeling smug :!:

Owning an Alpines 'like making love to a beautiful woman,'costs to much ,rarely gets blown off and usually gets layed up in someone else's pit .
