gear rod bearing

Postby jagcat12 » Fri Sep 27, 2019 2:36 pm

Hi

After a limited run my man decided that it was too labour intensive and not cost effective to make as the steel tubes are not a standard size being 10.5 mm dia and he cannot get off the shelve so was having to machine from solid then drill out the centre so no more I am afraid
except for the lucky few. Unless anyone can source 10.5 mm stainless steel tube

For info the Simon auto ones are back in stock....there was a tweet in Jun...his Twitter feed is quite good to see new products or things back in stock...

https://www.simon-auto-shop.de/epages/S ... cts/091094

More expensive than Dave's fabricator..but at least available.

It's a m8 bolt through the steel tube so I don't understand the problem? The od if the tube is irrelevant
