A610/GTA ABS Parts

Postby BIG_MVS » Tue Jan 30, 2007 12:55 am

Got most of the ABS system bar the computer for sale if anyone is interested? Think they are interchangeable between A610 and GTA?

I assume you'd need the different drive shafts with the ABS rings fitted?
I'm just here for the gasoline.

Yes - Got those as well, I'd like an exchange on those though for some non ABS ones to keep as spares.

The computer, inertia switch and ABS modulator are definitely common between the A610 and the GTA!

I'm breaking a car at the moment for my own spares, as my car is not ABS I'm selling these parts, plus I'm not really bothered about converting mine.

Offers on price!

IMHO one of the best things you can do to a GTA (assuming you can get it to work) but a huge task unless you have every single part from a donor car.

It was a £2000 option for later cars and hence very rare to find.

Standard on all LeMans & A610s

You won't miss it unless you've had it though.

sadly you need more than that like a completely diffierent brake line/pipe set up and also the lateral acceleration sensor which is located on the transmission tunnel underneath the heater matrix box

you would of course also need a lot of time on your hands!
