silicon coolant hoses

are silicon coolant hoses available for atmo engine gta

has anyone had them made previously, if so are they still available from any supplier

don't need the front ones (yet) , that go to radiator but am think about replacing the ones around the engine

I have Samco ones around the engine although only a full set is available for the turbo. I still have standard OE items from the metal coolant pipes from the bulkhead round to the pump and the small hose from the bottom of the filler expansion tank is not long enough on the turbo so either OE or Iv'e joined the turbo item with another piece of black hose to make it work as tbh I had no choice it had failed.

The rest are silicon apart from the front rad hoses and those mentioned above.

It's a lot of work but worth the effort in terms of piece of mind

Might be worth a look on fr eBay, there seem to be some suppliers over there although Stephen has had reasons to doubt their quality.
If its like the GTA turbo or A610 beware differences in rhd hoses at the front, but the engine bay should be the same...

Main Front are same as turbo and available in Samco. Main Rear are different (although turbo will fit - they are shaped to clear distrbutor) and you will find chinese kits on ebay or ebay.fr There is no Samco option for these at the moment.Minor hoses like rear cylinder head are available samco.

Simon auto do the hoses but not silicon and the main rears are turbo style blanked off .
