Turbo 2 Spare wheel

Anybody out there got an original spare wheel for a Turbo 2 or even know what was fitted originally (what other car it came off). A handbook would also be useful.

Bearing in mind the main 4 wheels are shared with the 4stud A310, I'd be surprised if they don't have the same spare as well.
