Black plastic trim panel that goes around the gear lever and holds the electric window switches.
Only 2 available. No longer available from Renault or on the Renault system. They were £80 ish but judging by the price increase on the heater trim surround they would be closer to £400 now
They are plain black plastic not the soft touch rubber coated version so would need spraying with plastidip to perfectly match a later car if you are a concours buff. I wouldn't bother though as that just scratches off.
Sensible offers over £80.
