When I've got all the proper tools bought I'll be after a gun etc .Will have to pick your brain ...I need a reg/filter and gun ...Don't suppose you have any unused ones lying about do you ?

i've always had quality gear mate, my guns cost £200 each. it all depends on how much painting you want to do. if its the odd panel, bumper corner,etc you can pick up an ok gun for £50ish and a regulator/ water trap about £25 but you'll need a bit more than two bob an a conker to stock up on all the othere stuff.
lacquer plus hardener £75.00
primer plus hardener £50.00
filler £20.00
sanding discs per box £20.00
oh the list goes on, and its plus vat :twisted: but once you've got it all it will last ages.

No .

We have plated through to tie it all in but I don't think that was needed .It is all back as original construction .The only part I'm not 100% on is the bonding compound .The new turret panel is bonded to the bulkhead along with the arch pocket .
If anything I think it is stronger than original :wink:
