GTA Le Mans Number 03 has a new owner!!

Hi Folks

Just to let you all know that Le Mans 03 now has a new owner, ME! I bought and collected it this weekend from Pat Fitz a member of this site based across the Irish Sea in Dublin. Both Jen and I went over via Ryan Air on Saturday and returned on Sunday with the car via Irish Ferries to Holyhead. A great night out was had with Pat and his wife on the Saturday, what a brilliant way to buy a car.

I now need to get the logbook in my name, get an MOT and Road Tax then I can drive it before the bad weather begins. It has now joined its French fibre-glass cousin in the stable, My Venturi 260! 8) 8)

There is a guy who lives in the same town as me, that has a Le Mann car... I have only seen it out on the road once.... I must try to find out which number it is and get a few pictures.

What it is like to own? A bit stressful and complicated on the paperwork front at the moment, but I hope to have that sorted within a few weeks and get out in it.
