Getting back to the rusty pillar, I was thinking today, there is no reason why you couldnt unbolt the door, and squirt in a rust proofing agent or silica substrate through the holes in the pillar that the door bolts to..

In fact, fill the whole pillar up..

And add all that extra weight At least rust is very light

Now I have to worry about my doors falling off around a bend.
And when that happens, I'll have no control because my steering rack has just detached from its festering mounts and I'll fall right out the door and run over myself !!!!!

I practice Every-Day, drifting round the M25.

You're a more skilled man than me if you're drifting it! Don't you mean spinning it!

If I used my GTA daily, like you, then it would be more like spinning-it.
But my daily motor has all the weight at the front and rear wheel drive, drifting-it is so much more controlable.
