Martin's made the mistake of combining stainless nuts with stainless bolts in a car where everyone is obsessed with stainless steel. Ok, they don't corrode, but you get a whole different problem you almost never meet on steel fastners - Galling. This is where the threads on the bolt shear off in the nut and the thing just spins until the cows come home, with thread both north and south, there's no easy way to get the thing out. I most recently experienced this on my other half's Figaro which has stainless exhaust studs joining the cat to the downpipe. Took me half an hour just to get the damn thing OUT in order to repair the thread.
Decent quality steel bolts (such as the GTA doesn't have) and copper grease is the way to go, IMO.
