It looks like the Z7U (GTA turbo) to me- NOT A610 as dist on wrong side) but the part number seems wrong from the book- is it a substitute?

there're a couple of different flavours of timing covers on the 2.5's - this could just as easily be off an Espace or NA 25, or even a Volvo 760 - they all carry 77 part numbers cast into them.

Deffo not a 610 as you say.
