Well i went to see Matt yesterday and finally picked up the Alpine.
What a car... i just cannot beleive how well it drives. Im chuffed to bits, and cannot stop Smilling !. :D

Had a great drive home, and brought it into work today. So all the lads in the office can see it.

Anyway, my mate who came with me took a few piccys of the trip home.

Looks very tidy in silver and with those azev's it looks very smart!! Enjoy it bud.

The previous owner 2006-2008 (SilverDreamMachine) put the new seats in it.
They were just over £400 each.

However they are really hard, and press on the side of my hip.
Since i had a Hip Op last year thats not so good.
I have the orig cloth seats and they are in perfect condition, so may well refit them.

Nice looking car Paul, I am sure you will get a lot of pleasure out of it.
I have been trying to get hold of one of those rear panels with the flying "A" on it for some time for mine, it certainly finishes off the rear of the Alp extremley well,.....unfortunately my PM`s to the clubs supply source have gone unanswered :cry:......maybe one day I`ll get a reply :wink:

Thanks for the comments guys...

The Rear "A" intercooler panel on mine, and the lights came from the "Radio controlled" A610 that Clarkson crashed. Found the invoice in all the paperwork i have.

Simon, nice GTA !, Ours are twins. Same wheels too...

Looks like yours sits a bit lower at the back compared to mine. As far as i know the suspension on mine is all standard.

Lower at the front too, proably 4-5cm overall.
I have AZEV A, where as I think you have AZEV C.

Postman dropped off a nice surprise this morning.

A genuine Renualt UK dealership, workshop manual for the GTA.
Bargain price of £10 :D

Got plenty of Reading to do now in the evenings.....
