Halfords Dizzy Cap/Rotor Arm Part Nos

Postby jon_viola » Fri Dec 11, 2009 10:42 pm

I want to change mine and think my local Halfords has some on the cheap, anyone know the correct Halfords Part Nos as my local branch has lost their book and their website doesn't list and parts at all....

Having read earlier threads it seems that they're all made at the same factory and it would save me paying BMW prices!

Ive just purchased the Halfords Cap and Arm today for the GTA V6 Turbo.

Part Numbers....

HDC554 £39.99
HRA546 £11.49

On the surface the manufacturing quality appears "OK".
There are no markings on the parts, so no idea who actually makes them.

PS: Should we have a definitive Parts Thread ?. Could be very usfull.

I think there should be a section on the forum for parts would be good.

Yes good idea re parts x reference.

Re cap and arm, only really worth buying the genuine Bosch ones, which are reasonably priced, about £20 more than the pattern parts in total.

Not exactly a full part number thread but something to combine both would be good Mr Dell in the members only section...
