JIL is back .Thanks to John ( Will's dad ) for bringing her back over today .
Really pleased with it ,fantastic job by Geoff the cageman .It's tied in at all the right places and all the workmanship is first class .
We now have all the design done and can tailor it to suit so if you want less and need to keep trim all is possible .
Half cage ,rear rollover hoop ,full spec whatever we can do it all now as it's all in the computer and bender programmed to just knock them out .
As a price guide ,the full cage as seen here £1290 fitted ,YES FITTED :!: 8) no VAT.
Also available in kit form if you want to install DIY and can weld .Two lateral bars ,rear hoop ,windscreen top bar ,mounting plates and bolts from £400 .
I'll get some more detailed pics for anyone interested .

Won't know on the rear until I get the lump back in and decide on turbo spec .The cage is tied into the turrets and the existing roll over bar that is attached to turret tops but still think a brace will help :)

Front end underside is all ready to bolt bits on 8)

The steellies I was looking to fit will not work as the backspace is nowhere near large enough so plan B is in motion thanks to Mr Holt .Spec some TeamDynamics 1.2 ,very light multispoke .Got to check the clearances but luckily this is in for new suspension ,the wheels are just the right diameter and offsets to check all will clear on the 1.2s .

Not getting very far with this due to fixing others for others but bit of a MoJO boost for MoFo and I arrived today .I just hope the MPG calcs are correct ...
Also just got a call from the driveshaft dude so pop over there and see what he's come up with for securing the UJs.

Same one but with a few more tweaks
Pulled the heads off at the weekend to check how it was burning and we are very pleased .Martin has taken the heads away for closer inspection and I'll strip the block ,check and rebuild next month .
I always knew this would be a long and painful process but we are learning so much about the car and especially the PRV in all it's forms .
Hopefully by the end of the Summer it will be ready to start track testing .Everything is trial and error ,everything is custom and everything takes a lot of time ...................
