Thats fine if youve got a fall guy, but if you fail to identify the driver without a very good reason then they take you to court for a seperate offence of failing to identify the driver of a vehicle at the time of an offence....as happened to the guy in the link.
Its a very interesting link too....its good to see that someone is still prepared to make a nuisance of themselves and test the system!
