David Cameron - "Eh? What's the crack at the moment Georgy Baby?"
GO - "Well any car built before 1st Jan 1973 gets historic road tax for free"
DC - "WHAT!! Free, sod that Georgy, so all these old clapped out cars with mahoosive CO2's are running around for free? What year is the French Ferrari?"
GO - "1989"
DC - "No chance in fact scrap the whole Historic Road tax thing and make everyone pay like everyone else. More money in the coffers George"
