GTA / A610 / R21T 1/43 Model Urgently Required

Postby stephendell » Mon Sep 12, 2011 12:03 pm

Can anyone help?

Hi,

My Father in Law has always wanted an Alpine (The model from the late 80's, was it a GTA/A610 ?) - He never got one in the end and settled for a 21 Turbo for the last 15 years.

Unfortunately he died last week.

We really want to put a model of this car in his coffin, it will need to be a 1/43 or smaller as there are many other things going in there too.

Do you know where we can get one in the next week ? Most I can find are on long deliveries and we don't have the time to wait.

Failing that, i wil look for a 21 Turbo instead.

Thanks,
Martin

I've got a spare, mint 1/43 Alpine Mille Milles. Could post it today if you want it.

Seeing this thread reminded me of an article I saw many years ago. The owner of a Carravelle died and he was buried in the car, which he loved so much. Sorry to hear of your father-inlaw and hope all goes well.
