Will These Wheels fit a GTA Turbo?

Front 16 inch diameter, 7.5j, offset 35
Rear 16 inch diameter, 9j offset 15

Plus are there suitable 16 inch tyres available for the rear?

I would say they would be about right yes.

245 45 16 are available for the rears (A610 size) and 60-150 quid a chuck depending on make etc.

Saw these recently which should be OK as well:
