John,
yes, my dealer quoted £20 ish each on special order from Renault, but as I'm in no hurry thought I'd try the pattern ones....

Trev's car arrived for a rot repair .
Turrets are pretty bad but not the worst we've seen + subframe etc all in a pretty bad way but we have all fresh bits to swap out .New bushes required all round + arb hanger/bush and also a couple of engine mounts .

Crickey, that's a lot of rot who did you buy that from?
I'd seriously suggest anyone thinking about buying a gta 610 etc has John Law forum JLEngineering or Lee from RATS Renault alpine tuning services check it over prior to purchasing.

Eddie, am away but will upload some pics of the very minor modifications I had to make to the mountings early next week. They were off ebay.

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/261257990073? ... 1439.l2649.

They are working fine just now but who knows for how long!!

Dave, well to be fair the car has been off the road for over 8 years so has been slowing going that way!!!! Sold as a 'project'.....hmmmmm :hang

Thanks clee for the great updates and progress reports :super

Apart from the obvious the rest of the car doesn't look too bad at all .Needs a steering gator ,full fluid drops and filters .Sporting a cone filter in the hot bay but I have a couple of std boxes so can pop one of them on .Interior very clean as is the boot + it fires up on the button and sounds OK .
All the rear wishbone bushes are fecked though and bolts siezed solid but again I have spares for service exchange and will attack the old stuff later and see what we lose to the scrapman ...... Subframe is reasonable enough .
Brakes we have some refurbed rears and the fronts may play ball and be OK .New flexi lines + replace one of the rear solids and pop for MOT .

Thanks Lee,
I think there were some new rear flexi's in the box with the callipers if they were the right ones!!
Keeping my fingers crossed nothing else major falls off........... :wtf
