Hi

That would have been me, and happened to be my first drive as the new owner of an A610! Just bought Lee Metters old car from a chap in Portsmouth and was driving it back to London. Good spot! What are the chances?!

Suppose this is a good opportunity to introduce myself to the forum....

I'm sure most of you have seen it advertised over the last couple of weeks. The car has been stood since Lee sold it, but in that time has had the paintwork issues dealt with and consequently is a really lovely looking car. One of the brakes is a bit dodgy thanks to its time not in use and there is some creaking coming from the rear, but otherwise drives really well and looking forward to using this forum. I plan to get the car up together over the next year or two and i'm sure i'll be calling on you guys for help!

Should be a photo of the car attached in its new home...

Well bought Sir!

I like the look of the wheels, are they finished in the "Black Chrome" effect? I was thinking of having mine done like that but bottled out at the last minute. Any more pics of the wheels?

Will you be giving it a run out to Goodwood this Saturday at all?

The wheels were apparently refurbed at the same time the car was painted. I'm pretty sure they aren't standard silver

I'll try and get some close up's of the wheels for you, but likely won't be until next week as off on holiday tomorrow. Which also means I won't be down at Goodwood!

Cheers

It's funny how this happens so soon after you purchase one. I had only had mine a few days when someone on this forum spotted me. It's nice to see them on the road and it did stand out even though I was travelling in the opposite direction.
Nice car enjoy.

Are you certain Lee isn't sitting in the back?
