removing instrument pod from A610

Have followed the workshop manual re this but it will not budge, firstly there are no screws/ bolts inside the two ventilation holes that I can see and underneath the only things seem to be two 10 mm bolts the offside longer than the nearside, see photos.
Where am I going wrong?I .am trying to trace fault on turbo gauge as all seems OK at engine end.

Yes those 2 need to be removed from underneath. You need to remove the 2 air vents and the other 2 bolts will be revealed. After removing the vent you can then see the duct then the bolt is next to the duct. Just unscrew a little bit without removing the bolt and the pod should just lift off.

And don't leave the instruments tipped over else the fluid will leak and your damping will be gone.

thanks for that couldn't see the bolts as air ducting partially hiding them.
