Well at last I now have my own A610 Turbo in yellow, Thanks goes to Mr Dell For putting me in touch with Joe.

I went down to London on Saturday to pick up the car which would be 200 miles round trip, never sure if my old Range Rover Classic would make it but she did with fault and using cruise control not but for 22 year old car.

Had an really nice time chatting with Joe and his good lady did me some lunch ,

The plan is to get a MOT done 1st and see if it fails on anything, it does need new wiper blades and jets need un blocking before I take it.

Wheels will need refurbishing and maybe tyres, then really good clean of the body and inside then she how she drives.

2nd stage of the plan is to drop it off at rats for any rust issue and a full refresh of the car.

Small update today I have now installed new wiper blades and unblocked the jets and cleaned out the washer fluid tank.

Also I swapped over the wheels so I can have the split rims refurbed

Between fixing stair lifts today I replaced the battery and added remote plug to charger the car if it will be stood for some time over the winter.

Also I went for the most powerful battery that would an E38 Varta, only just fits.

This the new charger that I'm trying out.

I try and find models off all the car's owned over years in the wright colours and What luck I found a Yellow A610 with the wright wheels, all that's needed is my good lady to put up with another model car in the house.

Option 2: Don't tell her and hope she does not notice. Many tell bme that this approach can work well. But I am sure some will tell you it is the last straw. lol.

Good news today she pasted the MOT and is now TAXED, took her for a good run tonight to the local Triumph club meeting everything seems to work and pulls very well.

Just Had the out side of the car cleaned to get rid of 2 years of dirt and the plastic part died black again.

She looking really good now.
