Speedo not working

Hi I have just got a GTA and the speedo is not working, can any advise on the best place to start looking for the problem?

First you should try the search facility on this forum, its not an un common problem,
Then join the club (you will then receive advice much quicker) as it is worth its weight in gold.
And update your profile to state what town you are from, you will get the local enthusiasts to help you out too.
