That's a bit harsh... To be honest I just love seeing any Alpine out and about rather than tucked up in a garage for no one to see and enjoy.

Maybe el presidente was referring to some cars on his doorstep.

It's disheartening sometimes to see quite so many neglected examples compared to other marques. And yes there are lots on my doorstep lol

It's become a standing joke with the guys in the workshop. Is there an alpine that works let alone looks good? Fortunately mr law senior visited recently and put that to bed :-)

Just got to fit the panels round the painters/studio ;) and bring back home.
Got AVO Coilovers to go on and some wiring for wipers etc then she's more or less ready to track test .
These will need fitting and testing also but I've run out of top arms for rear ? If anyone has some rusty old shite I'll have it :up
Polybushes for rear.

I thought you were going adjustable top-arms for camber tweaks?
I'm just here for the gasoline.

Top arms are slotted so we can find the sweet spot for the larger wheels and drop then fix permanently .IE weld it up .
No real point in going 'adjustable' as it's not anything we'll ever have the knowledge to feel to that extent enough to make changes that really matter .
It aint F1 or BTCC ....
