The manifold will be a simple task now with twin triples  :P
Have looked at the porker race types and will model some up when I get all the bits together to measure .Take the fitment from both carbs and old Atmo manifold unit and blend a form between them .Will have to read up a bit on the shape/distancing to get them flowed properly ,can't have them to near the heads and they will have to curve thro 45 degrees smoothly .
Could do with some piccies of your set-up for a guide please :?:

Lee,
Can you make up the manifolds or will you use a fabicators/machine shop (Whatever..)?

I will draw it as a 3D model and get one of my mates to do the machining.Once I've got the model done it's not that complex a procedure as the form is pretty large and can be cut with large bits so pretty quickly .The time is taken in setting up the billet as you can only machine in 3 axis so you need to turn it and re-jig thro 90 degrees after each operation to get the finished item .That's why you would cast them in production as you only have to dress the mating faces .
Basically as below 50mm ID :?: 108 pitch centers flanges and mounting holes to suit .
