Just had the Turbo on the RR .Will bin the Champion plugs I put in as it's got a slight misfire all thro :evil: But good results I thinkImage

Peak power at 4400! :lol:

Definate missfires visible just looking at the plot.

Thats a hell of a lot of transmission loss!!! You got a good load of torque though......must pull like a train low down :D
I changed to champions from the Renault plug.....I cant decide whether thay are a problem or not.

I know :evil: Got to be something amiss there ,losing 1/3 :evil:
Will be swapping back to the NGK's ,so I'll update .I can feel the misfire but was thinking it was boost related as I upped that at the same time ,not so sure now

Hmm, but we don't know how that RR calculated the transmission losses, as there is no off throttle drop off on the plot.

Basically(if you don't know), you do a power run, and then dip clutch and let off the throttle completely. This will cause the graph line to go negative below the 0bhp base line. The amount that is goes negative is added to the wheel figure and that is the flywheel figure, because any negative figure can only be the drag of the trasmission/wheels etc..

dunno :? I will be going back at some point so I will get some better info .I think they had a pre run to get this figure perhaps :?: so the plot looks better/simpler :?:

Youve mentioned that method before David and it sounds correct, but the RR I went to couldnt do it....mind they were rubbish and have since gone bust!!!!!!!!

Ive watched the vid, you can see on the gauge the transmission losses peak to around -60 when they let off the power, so the way they have done it is correct.
