Ashes to ashes..........

Postby LesC » Tue Sep 12, 2017 7:36 pm

I know everyone is all to familiar with the sad demise of this GTA Turbo but as I was holidaying in deepest darkest Wales not a million miles from where this lurks I felt compelled, nay felt it was my civic duty to hunt it down and report back! Well the hunting down part wasn't difficult but time isn't getting any kinder!
These photos give an idea of its current condition and it can't be long before it ceases to exist altogether. Not sure about osmosis but it appears to be melting into the floor.
Last disc is 09/94 and it's done 101,000.

Radbourne Racing plates, all the way from my neck of the woods, so sad seeing one in this state :( Out of interest, is it outside somebody private house or is it a business?

Interesting that the interior looks to be in remarkably good condition. Perhaps it's one of the few watertight ones ;-)
I'm just here for the gasoline.

Yes I spotted the Radbourne Racing plates. It's outside a derelict pub. There's a garage next door that's shut and a couple of houses away from the pub. There's also a row of vans covered in verdigree lined up alongside!
I think there's a number of theories on this one.
