Apparently its full moniker is a Renault Sport Megane 230 F1 Team R26! They do like a long name at Renault don't they?

Purchased from a certain Mr Sheader, a lovely tidy 2007 car in Liquid Yellow.

Picked it up at the weekend and enjoyed the drive back home even in the foul weather, only downside the car was filthy when I got back to Dunstable. Cleaned it the next day before putting the cover on.

Shame they can't get my cover right, ordered one for my Evo6 and so far, the ones they have sent me don't really fit it!

Phil have you tried Specialized covers. I have used them a couple of times and they have even made me a special one for the Le Manns to allow for the wide wheel arches .

Yes, I used them for my R5 Gordini, GTA and 610 covers. They are great, but the prices are quite high now at £300, which I would not mind if the local cats did not sharpen their claws onto it. These alternative covers are much cheaper, so I thought I would give them a try, to no success though

Seems fine, still in place and hardly moves as it has two straps to fasten to the bottom at the sides located just behind the front wheels and just before the rear wheels. Pull them in tightish and the fit is nice and snug, add to that the optional security steel cable with rubber cover on the security cable and padlock and it seems a nice bit of kit.

Wow, these French guys love their food and cars!
