Renault GTA Turbo Press Car - 1986

Postby nationofzeros » Mon Jul 29, 2019 6:52 pm

Dear all

For interest - with some regrets, I have put GTA Turbo C33 WRK up for sale; I have completed all the little improvements etc on it and now time for it to carry on its journey with another proud owner

I feel a bit guilty but to be fair, this is my 3rd GTA plus a Sport Spider back in the day, so hopefully I have done my bit !

Here is the ad, in case of any interest...

Thanks

Good luck with the sale. A couple of cars have managed to achieve that sort of price recently so you might be lucky :up

Update...C33WRK was featured on p2 of the current edition of 'Classic Car Weekly'...fame at last !

Something tells me the market is a bit 'slow' at the moment...I wonder why ?!

Yes everything seems to have slowed. I think the massive inflation in prices of the more recognised marques has really stopped. Look up old 964 911 prices on ebay and they suddenly seem 'reasonable' again or at the very least not stratospheric. Plus all those financed models have got to go somewhere...

Brexit jitters and a coming global slowdown I guess?

At least we've not got far to fall right ;-)

Indeed. I think GTA prices seem the best they've been in a long time (from a sellers point of view), no doubt helped by the new A110.

I've got mine insured for 15K and that seems about the level now for the good ones left on the road. Again a reflection perhaps of the money most of us have spent over the last few years to bring them up to a really good level.
